Hello again Guru´s,
Few months ago we purchased a DM Tenant environment and had it set up with local data (plants, work centers, materials, etc) for our demos.
A few days ago the license expired and when we renewed it we were able to go back to DM but all our configuration was lost.
When i asked SAP they told me that is Non-Commercial Licensing will not provide any technical support for services that have “Active”
After the new license activation the defined SPACE is shown as in the picture below and the following error appears when I want to create a plant
Does anyone know what could have happened and help us to recover it?
