LOIPRO Idoc are coming in status 03 in S4 but not reaching to MII Message listener

From the S4 we are doing the mass release of the orders(LOIPRO01) to the MII system but only 50% are reaching the MII system rest are getting failed and I can see failed entries in SM58 with error descriptions as below. The background of the landscape is MII server is set up for Dev and the same is correctly integrated with the S4 dev system using XMIIDOC01 listener now do the SIT we are using the same MII box and configured XMIIIDOC02 to integrate with the S4 QA system this is not working as expected i.e. getting only half release Idoc's although status of all the release idoc is coming as 03 in WE02.

What Program ID are you using for each of the two IDoc Listeners? Typically when only some of the IDocs are being received, it is due to using the same Program ID for the two separate listeners. As you are integrating with S4, I do not know if it would have a similar kind of issue.

Program ID is XMIIIDOC01 for Dev and XMIIIDOC02 for QA S4 .
