I am experiencing same problems with the password of Universal-ID.
At almost every time I try to access SAP OSS using Universal-ID I get logon rejected due to wrong password. (I use pw manager, so pw is correct!!)
Anyway, I re-set pw every time using re-set function via email.
Today after re-set of pw nothing works anymore:
1) New pw is not accepted for logon
2) Old pw is suddenly accepted, I get to the overview page, where I can choose one of my s-users
3) After choosing the s-user to proceed I get:
Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for. Error: 400
Message: Repeated call with the same saml Context - try to login one more time.
