Link between PS & cProjects

I want to know the link between PS & cProjects. Can the projects created in cProjects transferred to Project Systems.

If yes, how it is done and how costing,budgting in PS linked with costing in cProjects?

Can anyone send me some material on harish_thimakapura@rediffmail on above mentioned topics?
