Link a portfolio item to multiple project items in the project

Hello dear community,

we are currently looking for a solution for the SAP PPM.

The main thing is that in the PPM we want to link, for example, two portfolio items with a task or phase in the project. If possible also the exchange of financial data.

Question: Is it possible to link several portfolio items to the project items (tasks/phases)?

Is there such an interface in SAP PPM? If so, then help me.

Object Links can be used to chain objects together. They are available throughout PPM, on Items, Project Phases, Project Tasks.

Is the appointment data transferred from a project task to the portfolio elements via object links?

Will the financial data then be carried over to two different portfolio items? Because the project task is linked to a WBS.

The standard financial integration direction is to take the Portfolio Item financial plan values and transfer them to the PS Project as either Budget values and / or Plan Values. Actual costs posted to the PS Project are integrated back to the Portfolio Item for roll up in the Portfolio structure.

It might require an enhancement to modify the integration program to move plan values from PS to PPM.
