Linear Barcode (CT500) not finding right component

Dear Experts,

on our current SAP ME project we are using Standard Assemble feature (CT500) to scan Linear Barcode of component which we want to be assembled from POD side.

By scanning of Linear Barcode of Component the Component is not visible/find on Assemble Components Pop-up as on follow picture.

If we are using Find Component filed for same Component the component was find as on below picture.

The question is if it is some additional configuration needed on SAP ME side for Linear Barcode scanning and why the components are not find if Barcode field is used as a Scann field?

Hi!

The last change to Find Component feature was under SAP Note 2733817. If you have a later release and patch and your scenario is mentioned in the Note, then it might be a new bug and you should submit a support ticket for a deeper investigation.
