Are any of the MII licenses tied to MAC addresses? We have both 12.1 and 11.5 instances. Our 11.5 instances will be moved to new servers soon so the MAC address will be different. Does this effect the license?

No, the license tie to MAC went away with 11.5 (much simpler now).
