Some of the users using RPM 4.5 in China can see a mixture of English and Chinese language on few pages.
They would like it all in English or Chinese.
Any suggestions where all to check language settings?
I can think of following places -
-Setting in user master in backend
-Setting in Portal for user
-Windows language display in Internet options
Any other experiences/suggestions where I should look to keep language same across to remove mismatch
Thanks

Hey ,
We faced the same issue on our portal.
It usually happens when there is a lot of Zfields and Zcode for the portal to interact with.
In the portal go to User Admin tab--> Search for User --> Modify his language setting to English
Changing it to chinese will mess it up.
Whats happening in your case is that the portal is not having a language setting so is considering the browser language.
You can also solve this problem by changing the browser language settings to English,
Theorotically the Portal is "Supposed " to support 60 languages but it usually can't handle these scripts.
It gets worst when you have data flow from RPM to BI in Japanese/Chinese.
The load always fails.

Hi Dear,
For xRPM 4.5 the settings is done in Portal for the user.
You can also go through the xRPM 4.5installation guide where it is clearly meantioned to do the settings in Portal for Langauge issues.
Please do let me know for any other queries.
Thanks
