Label printing problem on Zebra printer

HI,

We have issue with label printing on Zebra 220xiIII printer , printer drives installed on WWI server and user system.

On the WWI server, only "virtual printers" are installed. The printer drivers on the WWI server are used solely to create print files (xxxxxxx.lpf ). These files are sent back to the SAP system and printed out using the SAP glmPT program .

We found print preview proper for Zebra printer but when we print then print is almost blank.          

Same label print proper from HP LaserJet printer.

Can you please suggest on this issue.

WWI Version : 3.2 / 2.7B SP27

Issue resolved by reinstalling the Zebra printer driver at WWI server side and user side with page setup at both side.
