Label printing error

Hi

While trying to print labels using transaction CBGL_MP01on IDES server, finding following error:

RFC connection to destination GENPC_ID3_800_SYNC1 failed (Error when opening an RFC connection )

Have installed WWI 3.2

Help resolve issue.

Hello

Check Environmental Parameter : WWI_GENSERVER_SYN_ANCHOR" and change the value accordingly - similiar to your wwi destination folder

I have maintained value for Environmenta parameter WWI_GENSERVER_SYN_ANCHOR as mentioned by you but no success.

I have created on efolder with the nme of Generation server in WWI destimation folder and defined the path of the same in environmental Parameter. have I done correct configuration?
