Has anyone seen this error before? Any common reason why it would it kick up? This error popped up over the weekend and we aren't exactly sure why. Currently looking into this but thought I would post it for others, maybe you all would have some prior experience with this...

This is caused by either a) erroneous server settings, b) the backend system has been shutdown, c) network problems. Will try next startup in 3600 seconds. Missing -a<Program ID>

Brian,

This has been posted a number of times on the forum.

If you are not facing any issues with your JCO Connection and your transactions are running fine (and you are on 11.5)then the most probable reason is the default IDOC Listener on xMII.

All you need to do is either delete it or Click "Stop Server" and that should take care of the issue.

If thats not the case then look for any other errors in the log that would give you an idea whats going wrong and where.
