java.net.SocketTimeoutException in Transaction

Hi all,

I have made a transaction that reads the csv file from WEB Folder and inserts it in the oracle table

This transaction sometimes runs perfectly and sometimes it gives the error

An error occurred while reading the response java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Please suggest some solution to this error.
