Item type drop-down list is not working/not showing values after upgrade to SAP PPM NWBC V 6

Hi Gurus,

While creating Item template - (Portfolio management template) via NWBC screen, "item type" drop down is not working after upgrade from NWBC 5.0 to NWBC 6.0. Kindly suggest a solution. (screen shot attached for reference)

Dear Balasubramanian,

have you got an assignment of item-type to portfolio type in customizing?

You can check it in:

spro > SAP Portfolio and Project Management > Portfolio Management > Global Customizing > Portfolio-Dependent Settings > Define Portfolio Types

Select the corresponding portfolio type and assign the item-type under "Assign Item Types".
