Item status number is shown instead of text on PPM Item

Hi experts,

I am crating items-> refreshing the page and item status is changing from text to number ' Like from 'created' to 0005 .

I found it is happening for those items/item types where decision points are not activated.

Could you please suggest me what is wrong here?

Configuration looks good, DFM settings are good.

I have raised an OSS also #140743 with SAP .

Could you please help us with this issue?

Hello Saurabh,

I am commenting here as you have asked me to do so in another thread.

I do not have any insights concerning this system behaviour, and think that it will be necessary to analysis the behaviour on the affected system in order to identify the root cause. I see that my colleague has already started analysing the issue on your system (per your customer incident).

I think the best thing is to wait for insights/resolution to come from my colleague's analysis. Please ensure to copy the resolution from the incident into this thread, so that it may also assist other forum users.
