Has anyone experienced the scenario below, and if so, how did you correct it?
My client filled the Excel for RPM_DX_ITEM correctly. It creates an Item with associated PPM Project correct if they use Item Type. When they use Item Template for creation, the following error is shown:
ID 130000000000000000102021 already exists and can not be duplicated
This is the ID of the template in the Excel. The new Item ID is different than this ID. The upload program tries to create the new Item with the same ID as the template (which of course already exists) and not using the new Item ID
