Hi,
When I click on Item button on Project Structure nothing happened.
In similar way when I click on 'Operational Project' button on Task Screen there is no response.
How this can be resolved.

you can set a breakpoint in class CL_DPR_LOG_PROJECT_STRUCTURE, method
LAUNCH_ITEM to check, if the launchpad settings for
lv_role: RPM_RIH
lv_instance: DRILLDOWN can be found.

Thanks for looking into the issue.
Meanwhile I have raised OSS message too & got reply that in Rout Permission Table few entries are missing. We are in process to maintain it.
Error message : vwdcpv-msapp001 : route permission denied
If issue is fixed with SAP's solution then I will update this note & meanwhile I will look into resolution suggested by your self.
