It is possible to perform in DM cancelation confirmed operation?

Hello,

I would like to ask you if it is possible to perform in DM cancelation confirmed operation?

It is possible to restore confirmed operation to the previous operation? (for sure I can resend it to previous operation, by using Nonconformance Code and Routing Disposition ), but do I will be able to do full reversal on confirmed operation in DM? I would like inform that my case is related with discrete production.

Hello Magdalena,

Do you mean cancelling back in ERP? If so, Check Manage Cancellations app.

For your specific case of cancelling Operation Confirmations, check Cancelling Quantity Confirmations.

Keep in mind that the cancellation of a quantity confirmations will not impact the SFC status or routing step.
