Issue with "Interpolate" mode for PCo Query

Hello Gurus,

I am facing a little problem for which I would need your expertise to solve it !

I am using SAP PCo 2.3 and HDA agent which connects to PHD Server via OPC Connection.

I am trying to pull data for Tank tag for a particular timestamps. Suppose my tank is T1 and Tag is LevelActual then my Tag which I query is T1.LevelActual

Suppose I want to pull data for T1.LevelActual for 02/26/2015 11:11:11

In PCo query, I am selecting HDA Agent as Data Source. Query as Retrieve Query. In Retrieve Query, my mode is Interpolate. Tag is T1.T1.LevelActual.

Date Range: Start Date as 02/26/2015 11:11:11, End Date as 02/26/2015 11:11:12 (1 second more)

For this query, I am getting interpolated timestamps but value is all "0".

"Interpolate" is working fine with tags ending with ".PV" - meter tags. So I am not sure why PCo is not returning Interpolate data for Tank tags?

I tried with Honeywel ModTag which uses API to connect to PHD Database and I am able to get proper Interpolate values.

Any help in this matter will be appreciated.

It was a configuration issue at plant side and tank tags were not supporting Interpolate values.

So as a turn around, we had to use aggregate END to get the correct value for tank tags.
