Hi Experts ,
I have an problem with the process routes not getting loaded when the status of the Engineering records is changed .
The message displayed is " refresh the application to load the process route data " . I did refresh with " Refresh Icon"
but the process routes are not getting loaded . Can any body please let me know what needs to be done in this case .
The issue is with client which was recently copied and the process route were getting loaded in the source client .
