Issue with PDF opening in iPhone

We are facing issues in opening PDF document sent in email via SAP for EHSM module.

Same PDF can be viewed in laptop.

The end user completed the PDF by filling the required field and send it to SAP via RFC connection and SAP sends the confirmation of creation of the Incident via email to EH&S Team for further actions.

When the EH&S team wantes to open the PDF in iPhone we get below error:

Hi Harsha,

the PDF-Reader application of the iPhone does not support all functionality required to display interactive forms. There may be additional apps supporting interactive forms, carrying javascript coding like the ones delivered by SAP, but neither the standard iPhone PDF reader nor the Adobe Acrobat App does support the files generated in Incident Management.
