Hi....When We are trying to load data with EHS OCC.. But OCC is giving error for one of the CAS number. It is loading data for rest of the CAS number Can anyone explain?
This issue we are facing.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Abhi,
Most likely there is no data for that CAS Number available - > therefore no XML and therefore the strange error message.
The file header.xml contains all CAS Nubmers for which data is available.
Hope this helps

Technical you can edit it - it's a normal XML.
However editing the header XML that will not magically create data for that CAS Number 😉 - you would need to create an additional XML that contains the data for that CAS number.
Hello
I assume you are using "content" from SAP: Normally a query should be done. which CAS number is effected by one update,. And if one CAS number is not effected: you will not get data (refer to hint of Mark).
According to experience with other data providers: Normally you get some "HELP" to identify the effected specification IDs
