issue with note and project discription in SAP ppm

Hello team

When i am trying to update the note section in item , the same details are appearing in the Project description(over riding the previous value of project description). Can any one please help is there any sap note or some way i can solve this issue??

Actually i checked the note but that is not we are looking for

The issue is when i am trying to enter some description at note section under overview option in item, the same description is appearing in the item description ...
