Issue with cover sheet generation,Spanish language cover sheet not created

Dear All,

Please help me with the following issue and provide your solutions:

When a user generates an MSDS for Spain using the manual call with the given SAP - office user key in the recipient parameters. report shipping order (MSDS) for ES (Spanish) language is generated. However, the cover sheet is being generated in English (EN) language instead of Spanish (ES) language.

In my case, the customer is receiving a cover sheet in English (EN) language, but the customer needs to receive a cover sheet in Spanish (ES) language.

Any help on this, from where to check?

Kindly let me know your inputs.

Thanks & Regards

Hello

Coming back to your sentence

" the manual call with the given SAP - office user key"

You need to understand the "Office User idea" of SAP. This "address" is correlated to an user having SAP access (the "report recipient" does not have SAP access).

On the level of the "Office User" data is maintained (e,g. "location" of the user etc.)

I believe during the report shipment process the data of the "Office User" is evaluated. I would assume: the "language" for the Office User is "EN".

Therefore the user will not get a Cover Sheet in "ES" but in "EN".

If the User changes the set up: it should work (if i remember correct).

If you mark in CG54 a Safety Data Sheet and "ship" it: you get the "wished" document (in your case with language "ES"). But the language of the Cover Sheet is derived different (refer above)
