Issue while opening workbench of 15.3 SP1 Patch 23

Hi All.

I am unable to open SAP MII workbench of version 15.3

I am having JAVA version installed in my machine as Java 7 with Update 45,Java 8 with update 152 and 221.

With these versions 15.1 workbench is opening but not 15.3

Can anyone suggest what can be the version any new version needs to be updated?

I tried opening in chrome and IE as well.
