Hi Experts,
I have an issue/error which is when creating maintenance notification via task .Actually while creating notification the only mandatory field is 'Title' as per the symbol beside the field.Once i filled the fields its givening error message 'Mandatory field "Notification Type" must be filled' this is not a mandatory field.
Below are the screenshot of the same.
Thanks in Advance.

Bob.

Dear Bob
As per SAP Standard Setting for Maintenance notification under task tab .. Title & Notification type are standard fields.. refer highlighted fields in below screen shot . in your screen i did not found the Notification type field. if really it is missed in that screen we have to check BO Fields Customization

Hi Balajee,
By seeing the screenshot of your notification screen i feel that the area is hidden.I checked FPM configuration i see all the configuration are already present and in BOFP also i check the fields are all enabled.
So is there any configuration for the same so as to enable those fields?
Below is the screenshot of my FPM configuration.
Web Dynpro :FPM_TABBED_UIBB
Config Id : EHHSS_INC_REC_OIF_V3_ACTEN_MD
i feel/guess that the 'TAB' mentioned in the screen is getting hidden so that entire fields are not visible at runtime.
Thanks & Regards,
Bob Issac Varghese.
Bob,
In the IMG there is a node titled "Assign access levels to tabs" under Incident Management->General Configuration. There should be an entry in this configuration for EHHSS_INC_REC_OIF_V3_ACTEN_MD (against EHHSS_B_TASKS_N_TIME). The behaviour you have found is consistent with this configuration being missing.
Please check that the entry exists.
Regards,
Michael
