Issue to push notification from MII to PCo

Hi All,

I am trying to create notification in MII and push it to PCo. MII Server Version - 15.0 SP4

While trying to Publish to PCo it ends with this error - "Cannot publish: Tag null/TagA with alias TagA_44 does not exist"

Where as in Hierarchy I just selected TagA. Not sure where from it is adding null as prefix.

These are the steps, I am following explained with screen shoots.

1. Define the Hierarchy in Plant Information Catalog.

2. Go to Notification Management. Select the leaf node and Create Notification

3. Enter all other necessary details and save it. Then publish to PCo. That is when it gives error.

4. MII is adding null before the tag name and there is no tag available in PCo. Any idea why it is doing so?

Hi Soumen,

Was the PIC hierarchy that you have in MII created afresh/ or did you import it as configuration.. ?

Re-mapping the tag to the tag on pco data server should help I think.

Please try re-mapping the tag in PIC (un-map and then map again).
