Hi,

It looks to me like the version no V2005 which you had entered does not fullfill the template requirements, please check with the template format of the version no feild, hope this may help you.

Ravindra,

Where exactly can I check this?

Hi,

First, check if the most current version of WWI is installed on your generation servers. If it is not, then you must install it. For further information, refer to Note 568302 to check the latest version of EHS WWI. Then, in the IMG activity "Check and Specify Report Symbols" in your R3 system, check if a symbol of type "Version information" is available for this version or if the report symbol description is maintained. If necessary, create a new report symbol with the following specifications:

Report symbol type Version information

Report symbol V2005

Expansion time Symbol value is constant (expand in report body)

Rep sym description Version number ERP 2005

Hi Ravindra,

We made some changes and the error doesn´t appear anymore. However when we generate the label through the ITS the label appears blank. Just a white paper appears but no error .txt.

Any ideas?

Thanks so much for your help so far!

Fernando

We did a workaround in which we generated the label through HTML because we couldn´t get the WWI to work the way the customer required.

Thanks to all and best regards,
