Well not by standard, but you can do by doing an enhancement...
/MRSS/IF_SGU_IL_GANTT~GET_TOOLBAR_BUTTONS just do a implicit enhancement at the end of this method in class /MRSS/CL_SGU_IL_RES_GANTT hopefully that should do it 🙂
