Hi ,
We have a requirement where we want to deliver one brochure to customers every quarterly to those who have opted for it. Is there a way that we can do this within SAP SD or should we go for IS Media subscriptions module.

You need to have Master Data for Subscriptions and Shipping Planning. With this, you can follow the standard OTC process
