Internal Error in Transaction CBIH72

Hi

I am getting following error while creating Injury/Illness log (T Code - CBIH72). I was getting similar error in Work Area and Incident/Accident Management, but that error was solved after implementing two SAP Notes i.e. 1042993 and 362196. As per the SAP notes, this error should also be resolved, but i am unable to resolve it. This issue seems to be of number range, user exists or status management.

Error message: SAPLCBIH_FA03 SAPLCBIH_FA00 CBIH_FA30_FAL_CREATE 3

There is an earlier post in SDN on same issue, but even after following the response given in forum, i am unable to solve the issue.

I will appreciate your guidance to solve this issue.

Hi Shantanu

Please see, if you have maintained User exit (FALID), Object Name (CBIHN_FAID), Int no. range (0I) and Ext no. range (0E) in Injury/illness log entry types. It should be able to resolve the issue.

does anyone know how to record on tab Aditional information o CBIH72 without having the dump

Hello,

I found the answer yesterday! You should go to:

SAP Customizing Implementation Guide --> Environment, Health and Safety --> Industrial Hygiene and Safety --> Basic Settings --> Assign Value Assignment Types to Classes

Here you must enter your class in "Value Assignment Type" and when double click this entry, Value Ass. Cat. = IHS and Class (ValAss.) = Val. Asst Type
