Hello,
i need help with programming Word files or (Microsoft Office Documents) in the ECTR Environment.
In which documents do i define the DTypes and the DType-Group for the FrontEnd.
Request clarification before answering.
C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\SAP\ECTR\conf\ectr\&user conf directory%\applications
Here I have any, inv, pdf, pic, ppt, txt, wrd, xls subfolder each containing
\\customize\config\dtype.xml
Here you can define your dtypes - dType groups are defined in dtype declaration
f.e. <DType type="template" identifier="INMDL" include_template="DEFLT" application_type="INV" group="INVENTOR" > assign this dtype "template" to "inventor" dtype group
I'm quite sure (this is my hypothesis) you can define wrd dtypes also in inv application subfolder - think that ECTR read all the dtypes.xml files herein defined, is just a matter of order for the user
