Integration of SAP Appointment calendar with out look calender

Hi,

Can anyone know how to integrate SAP Appointment calender (part of SAP EHS medical practioner calender) with microsoft outlook calender;

My requirement is when a physician selects the patient on particular date/time, the appointment gets fixed on Appointment calender which will be stored under SAP-Office/ SBWPworkplace; this appointment shud go to the Regualr Outlook mail calender.
