Hello Darko,
I suppose you are using Inspection Points?
At the moment, DM only supports Inspection Points for Process Order execution in Order POD, not for Production Orders in Work Center POD
Please review your scenario, and if it’s the case, remove the Inspection Point configuration and try again.
Check Help entries below to see the supported Inspection Point scenarios:

Hi Manoel,
thank you for answer as always. I have tried one example without inspection points but I still have the problem when I would like to report it back to ERP system.
1. Submit all the results from Order POD:
2. On Integration Message Dashboard I receive follow Error message:
Any idea before I will start with research?
Thank you
Darko
Hi Darko,
Regarding “No single results can be recorded for characteristic” error, you should check if the recording method is set as single result recording in ERP side on characteristic control indicators tab of that specific characteristic, see picture below.
Currently, only support single results recording are supported.

Hi together,
thank you all of you for already given answers.
My protocol was as follow:
1. On ERP side I create required Inspection characteristic:
2. After that all setting on ERP side are done and Order with Inspection Lot was created and transferred to SAP DMC:
3. I open the WC POD in DM and enter the results:
Is it really needed to do the Synchronization between the systems in this case, because the data are send from ERP?
Thank you.

Darko

Hello,
I think the reason is that the inspection point between DMC and ERP is not synchronized
1. Check the inspection point settings (they should have the same custom fields)
2. Before entering the result, an inspection point must be created in DMC and sent to ERP. As far as I know, this can only be done in Order POD

Hi Darko,
as far as I know inspection results can only be send to inspection lots with inspection points.
If you did not create an inspection point in previous the sync of the inspection results tries the same.
And this typically leads to this error, because the necessary fields are not filled in the request.
Please make sure, that you have successfully synchronized all your inspection points, as it can be that the internal numbers differ between SAP DM and ERP.
Best regards,
Maximilian

Hi Darko,
Did you fully record all the inspection results in DM? or you partially filled and submitted them?
If you did partial, this might be the cause.
Please refer SAP Notes: Note 3058577 and see if it helps.
Best regards,
Sai.
