The 'old' tiles for reporting incidents (Report Incident Basic Recording, Report Incident Detailed Recording, Report Near Miss and Report Safety Observation) have been deprecated and replaced with a single tile - F1992.
In this app, if we say that someone was injured, we can enter the name of that individual, but NOT the nature of the injury (in the old apps we could).
We can say that something was damaged, but there is no lookup to help us find the technical object.
The "Material Release" section is the only one that still allows me to enter some detail (I can the specify the type of release, the material released, the amount and the UoM).
This is a step backwards in functionality - how can I influence the content of this screen to return these 'missing' fields?
BTW: We have also "lost" access to the Immediate Actions field, and would like to see that returned as well.
