Hello Experts,
This issue is related to Incident Management- Incident Processing.
I am able to Report the Incident from the Incident reporter role and the corresponding work item will be appeared in the Incident Manger Work Overview.
Incident Manager when clicks on the Work Item, He will get the screen in Non Edit Mode as it gives an error like " Initial report is not generated".
If I try to click on generate inicicdnet again I will get errors like "SET_IN_PROCESS_ROOT: is not enabled and also upload of this file type ( image/pdf) is not allowed. Please refer the below images for more details.
Request to Suggest me the missing configurations which can resolve this issue. This might be a basic question , Since am begineer in EHSM, am not able to understand this basic setting.
Thanks,
SM

Hello Sudharshan,
Checking the screenshots of your initial comment, it's possible to identify that the message shown on top "Initial Report is not generated" means that an Adobe PDF report is generated to keep a snapshot of
the initially recorded data, before the Incident Manager starts to do any changes in the incident data.
This report is generated in the background triggered by the Incident Lifecycle Workflow.
After you click "Initial Report is not generated", we can see the reason why the PDF was not generated considering the error messages , the most important in my opnion is : upload of this file type ( image/pdf) is not allowed.
I believe the reason you are receiving this error, is the one mentioned in SAP note 1590784 : "it is a necessity to add the required MIME type configuration as described by this note."
The section 'Solution', desribe the necessary manula steps to be performed in the system .
You can also disable this PDF generation in general in SPRO - SAP EHS Management - Incident Management - Print Forms and Interactive Forms - Disable Initial Report Generation.
But please consider the business impact of the missing frozen snapshots of the initial data.
Best regards,
Raphael

Hello Balajee,
Adobe Server looks fine. Please check the settings in the same, Once I execute the "INC_OFFLINE_REC_NM" I can get the PDF output. Similarly I have one more Form Name as follows "INC_OFFLINE_REC_SO"
Check the following snap shots of same. Suggest me if there are any issues here or any other setting is missing .
Thanks,
SM
Hi Sudarsan
I believe there is no issue in Configuration of Form . Can you perform and check RFC Connection B/w ADS and ERP is working or not .
Go to SM59... Click on HTTP Connections to External server
Select ADS and Click on Connection Test and check the which message you are getting
If connection test is passed then we will check on component configuration
