Inheritance not possible in Relationship tab

I have a situation where I am not able to add new entry of specification in the inheritance tab of a specific substance specification. All the interfaces like Add, delete , refresh etc are greyed out. There is already one specification available but not able to add additional entry.

I tried to enter the values in Reference tab but It is also not allowing to enter anything in reference tab as the system says there is already an entry available in Inheritance tab.

Now at the same time reference tab, though it seems to be blank, it shows an entry in the table ESTRR.

It means since reference tab has entry (which is not visible), the relationship (Inheritance) tab is greyed out as it is a standard behavior of either or

Need your help to address this situation. How can i enable relationship (inheritance ) tab to allow the new entry.

1) Greyed out fields in relationship tab

2) No Values in reference tab as well

3) Though there are not entries in Reference tab , Yet the table ESTRR shows the value without deletion indicator

And since there is value in the Relationship (Inheritance) tab as shown in the first pic "Generic" the Reference tab is not allowing any entry

Hi Ashish,

I can suggest to check your authorization and only reference or relationship will be possible in the specification header and it depends on specification type as well , some specification type designs are not design for relationship or reference , please check the points.
