Information on BAPIs

When looking for information on BAPIs, http://ifr.sap.com was always a good, free, accessible place to go. That website has not been available for some time now. I also know about transaction code SE37 through the SAP GUI. However, I do not always have access to SAP GUI. Does anyone know of any other methods to get information on BAPIs?

On the left hand menu of the sdn site navigate to Enterprise SOA - ES Workplace. Under Access the System Today you apply for access to a mySAP ERP ECC 600 system free of charge. Once access is granted, you will be able to login to a SAP system and access se37 and also the BAPI transaction which is similar to the ifr.
