Hi Gurus,

Can I manage the Accidents persons with category as external persons,

HR has already uploaded data for external person( Contract)

but I am unable to get while creating Incident & Accident log for INJ person,

When I checked in PA30 the particular data is available as External contract only,

Please suggest Shall I create all the contract( External person) data again through CBIHT1.

Dear Imam,

Person Group C in the incident & accident log refers to Business Partners. Therefore it is checked whether an entry for a Business Partner is existing.

If a HR master data set is used, as in your case, please select Person Group A.

N.B. Person Group B are applicants (HR Tables PBXXXX).

Thanks for your kind reply,

We have a customization report for which we have to maintain as C for external person who are comes only for a day or two to visit an organization, When we have created BP for external person its not accepting for the customization.

Please suggest.
