Inconsistency: Two numbered User Statuses in the Work Order Operation at the same time

Hi EAM Experts,

we have used User status on PM order which are numbered and hence can't have 2 at the same time, we are investigate how it got save at first.

However need to correct the corrupted records and found one thread which speak about the issue at header user status -

Can someone help me with the Operation level user status correction.
