Incomplete load of ERC data through OCC for the CAS Number in the VAT's

Hello Experts,

Please find below the Screenshots of Two different SAP environments.

The LHS - Where the issue is existing - Incomplete load of ERC data through OCC for the CAS Number in the VAT's.

The RHS - The complete data is coming through OCC for the same CAS Number

For both of the system, We have maintained same Manage user exits & OCC level mapping is also done accordingly. But the result is different, as per the attached image.

Note: Please Ignore listed substance specification Number of both system

Hello Tam Tam,

I think it's better to get the deeper knowledge before loading the Regulatory content, what the updates provided by 3E, what was deleted and what was updated. Without knowing the complete picture, cannot help more here, Notification Status which you are showing on the is having 9th sort seq, 1-8 is for different regulatory list and they deleted.

Both screenshots are showing different specs and different properties.

Further information will help to understand better.
