Incomplete load of ERC data through OCC for the CAS Number in the VAT's

Hello Experts,

Please find below the Screenshots of Two different SAP environments.

The LHS - Where the issue is existing - Incomplete load of ERC data through OCC for the CAS Number in the VAT's.

The RHS - The complete data is coming through OCC for the same CAS Number

For both of the system, We have maintained same Manage user exits & OCC level mapping is also done accordingly. But the result is different, as per the attached image.

Note: Please Ignore listed substance specification Number of both system

Hello Tam Tam,

I think it's better to get the deeper knowledge before loading the Regulatory content, what the updates provided by 3E, what was deleted and what was updated. Without knowing the complete picture, cannot help more here, Notification Status which you are showing on the is having 9th sort seq, 1-8 is for different regulatory list and they deleted.

Both screenshots are showing different specs and different properties.

Further information will help to understand better.

Hello all,

Issue is identified & Resolved. For that OCC incomplete data issue - We are again reimported phrases sets (TD phrase sets are having issues). Now everything looks fine. I'm So wondering..

Hello

let us try "step by step". the "Content" can change. Therefore in one SAP System you might see different data after upload and in the other system different dara

the "Sort Order" has in most cases no "business benefit". You must compare any line (System with System) in one property/value assignment type (data record per data record must be compared)

The "load" and "Result" in the Database depends on selections as done during the load (and "Content version loaded").

E.g. for a "load" you must decide on what is called sometimes a "generic decision"

Let us assume you have a CAS number containing "Pb" and "Cd". Now in some regulatory lists the "Pb" part is regulated and the "Cd" part. During load you need to decide what data you would like to load (i skip the details because this decision process is very complex)

This decision is "system specific". So if somenbody selected the data to load different for System A than B: you can get mismatch in data.

How to "repair" depends on

1.) Content provider

2.) and other parameters

PPS: as the "load" and how to perform the "load" is a complex process

=> many companies are using "Cloud" installations with the "full service" including "data content load"; other companies only "buy" a service. And then the "Content provider" can help you in loading

The "OCC" part of you story is the "next piece" of complexity

But you will find many threads here discussisng issues during the "use" of OCC as the "load tool"; and issues like: something strange happend during the "load"

In a nutshell: there is not a good chance that somebody can really help you without system access.

Hi Raplh Paczkowski,

For example, In One system, After OCC loading, The 1 to 8th sort order VAT'S are missing. It's directly populating 9th sort order VAT'S and remaining regulations part most of the values are not populating data's.

But, the other system, The same CAS number i was uploaded through OCC. But there data's are populating properly.

After that, Comparing both system, S4X contains very less regulations data & Sort order issue.

In this case how can i resolve that? Please required for your suggestion.
