Hi All,

Above issue I solved but now when I am going into the incident manager bucket and opening the incident I am getting the below error.

Incident workflow is not yet started; try again later

Message no. CM_EHHSS_INC_CHECKS424

Diagnosis

You wanted to perform any of the following tasks:

• Change incident category
• Set incident status to Closed
• Set incident status to Void

However, you cannot perform the task until the incident workflow is started by the corresponding back end process.

System Response

The application cannot execute the task.

Procedure

Close the incident and wait until the incident workflow is started.
