Hello Guru's

Incident reported as a near miss and when I changed the category to the incident (asset damage). But when I wanted to print the report it still shows in near miss format.

Is this new development to look into.

Hi Sri,

the document you are seeing is the initial record of the incident: a near miss. The system documents the initial reporting state as a document. If further changes to the incident record e.g. a category change occur, these are stored audit proof within the change documents.
... in case you need another initial record, you could trigger an action by implementing BAdI BADI_EHHSS_INC_CHANGE_CATEGORY.
