Hi Experts,

I am new to this group. I am basically QM consultant but will work on EH&S now. I am working on Industrial Hygiene and Safety Modules. Can you please explain me how to develop accident form and investigation report or their is any standard available?

Dear Amol,

Thank you very much for answering my query. Your reply is very very helpful for me. As you asked me I created accident entry and clicked on accident reports on the top of the screen. It has opened a word file. How can I customize this report as per the format received from customer.

if you are using IDEAS System, then Standerd Report Template is there. you can use the same.

Generation Variant - OSHA301

Template/version -OSHA_301

Language- English

Hi Nagesh,

You could use smart forms and get hold of this report using ABAP. You would need to give tables/fields names to your ABAP consultant and he/she would design the report for you. If you need table names or any other input do let me know.
