I would like to know if there is a way to make settings in Incident log on the "Investigation Results" long text field such that there is no text change but only supplement it. I know that this can be done in PM Notification long text settings, but I am not sure how I can do this in EHS Incident management.Thanks.

Hello,
There is no standard setting available in EHS for your requirement .
The best way to is to show the technical details of the available setting in SAP PM spro to your developer and ask him/her for the same in SAP EHS "Investigation Results" long text field. Copying the standard codes and programs should not be a big deal.
