I have got the date input field in CN48N under 'Dynamic Selections' using this method (see screenshots attached). For logical database PSJ, when you copy SAP view into CUS view in SE36, add a new functional group 'F1' - Activity Conf. Data, and within table AFRU01, maintain this F1 and the tick-mark for BUDAT field, then save the setting.

You won't see it by default. You have to follow the method given in the link that I shared, in order to add the date field as input.
