In IM Analysis Description and Lessons learned are not populated in the generated Summary Report

Hi, In Incident Management - In the generated Investigation Summary Report, Analysis Description and Lessons Learned boxes are appearing blank.

Kindly help to get the same resolved.

Hey,

there might be several reasons why you face the issue. In the standard Investigation Summary Report (INV_SUMMARY_REPORT), the investigation steps for the Lessons Learned and Incident Analysis have to have a certain technical code:

• Lessons learned: EHHSS_STEP_CODE_DFLLL
• Incident analysis: EHHSS_STEP_CODE_INV_A

(see customizing for the investigation steps in: Incident Management -> Incident Investigation -> Specify Steps)

If you used other steps/codes for the steps, the sections for lessons learned and analysis on the print form will be empty.

If you would like to keep your custom steps, you can adapt the data provisioning for the print form. This can be done by creating a subclass of the standard data provider class and set your custom class in customizing (Foundation -> Print Forms and Interactive Forms -> Specify Forms).
