Import Report Template

Hello,

I wanted to Import one Report template.

I have Label.dat file on my desktop.

Case 1

with CG3Z I am taking file on Application Server. here I am selcting Transfer Format Data BIN

with name I:\usr\sap\ECF\SYS\global\LABEL

then in CG34 I am selecting Character Standerd ISO-R/3

Now when I am trying to export the same, i am getting error

Cannot open file I:\usr\sap\ECF\SYS\global\LABEL.DOC ()

Case 2

with CG3Z I am taking file on Application Server. here I am selcting Transfer Format Data BIN

with name I:\usr\sap\ECF\SYS\global\LABEL.doc

then in CG34 I am selecting Character Standerd ISO-R/3

Now when I am trying to export the same, i am getting RUN TIME ERROR

and Error Text is that File "I:\usr\sap\ECF\SYS\global\LABEL.doc" is already opened.

all other my SAP Sesssion are closed, still same error

Could you please guide me in this regard.

Hello,

I’m also getting error message "Cannot open file ..." when using CGZ3 transaction, and finally the reason was that the application server specific directory was full. We’ve contacted with basics team to clean it up and no longer got the error.
