Import property tree data

When I tried to import data in property tree, I faced 2 major issues.

1. W   302   BM   Internal unit, language EN is not maintained

When I checked in CUNI, I found the entries %, hPa maintained for language EN. I am not able to identify the issue.

2. Could not find phrase map for XXXXX on characteristic

I have checked all the phrases and could not guess what exactly the problem is. I am not able to proceed further with this. Can any one please help me out such that I can resolve the issues and proceed further.

Hi,

sounds very much like an inport of data. For one, the import file contains a phrase for a characteristic that is not contained n the correponding phrase set. Since the error shows you the phrase and characteristic, simply assign the phrase to this phrase set and you are good to go.

Regarding the UoM translation, you will have to check in the import file which UoMs are contained and check for each of them whether the English translation is maintained. Once you have found the one missing, maintain it and restart the import.

Not sure regarding your topic. are we talking about "property tree import" or "property tree data import"?

I assume now: we talk about property tree data import.

(1. W   302   BM   Internal unit, language EN is not maintained); for values with UOM: there is no need to have the UOM prepared in "EN" (not that I am aware of); can you show load file

can you provide more input on topic 1.)?

You have an "active phrase catalog" I assume you have used phrase key ín import file. Now as you know that phrase key XXX is missing and you know characteristic: just check the phrase set...

Hello Christoph / Ralph,

Please have a look at the below process we follow.

1. Select the specification and click on secondary data determination

2. Select one of the expert rule that is routing to Ariel data base

3. Now we will be able to find the files related to that specification

4. Select the document option and load, then we are facing few issues

5. In the same way select properties option and load

Below are the issues we are facing for documents and properties.

First error:

Language: English

Load Status: Error

GenVariant: XXXXX

Message: Document could not be assigned to the report header

Second Error:

Error Messages:

W    302   BM    Internal Unit, Language EN is not maintained

Warning Message:

Could not find phrase map for 33906 on SAP_EHS_1023_044_XXXXXXXX

I have checked all the phrases which were assigned to this particular characteristic and found that all the phrases have relevant phrase sets assigned.

Please help me in suggesting your thoughts which will help me moving further.

Contact 3E / Ariel and ask them for help. There is very limited knowledge on this forum around ARIEL / 3E content.

Hello

please don't mix to many topics in the same thread.

Now this seems to be your scenario:

1.) You use ARIEL as content provider

2.) you use  upload process as defined

3.) You get "errors"/"warnings" during load action

Like SAP content: to load data some preparation is needed. Sometimes you need to add new phrases, customizing etc.

For the upload errors: sorry. please check the steps for upload; if needed get in contact with ARIEL and ask for support

Please do not mix upload of data with upload/generaiton of documents.

Regarding

First error:

Language: English

Load Status: Error

GenVariant: XXXXX

Message: Document could not be assigned to the report header

I am not aware of any service by ARIEL to upload documents.

But just check this:

a.) assumption: specificaiton exist

b.) generation variant exsits

c.) report template exists

But than I do not understand "Load Status error". Normally: if you do upload of documents you have twp options in SAP standard; by mass and one by one. Any of these options is not "done" using an exit in CG02

Please explain what you would like to achieve here..

it can be assumed that some customizing steps are not "complete". I can remembera parallel "Similar" thread; but not sure

For Warning as:

Warning Message:

Could not find phrase map for 33906 on SAP_EHS_1023_044_XXXXXXXX

I do not understand teh "warning". I would aspect that e.g. you should get a warning as:

phrase "X" not assigned to SAP_EHS_1023_044_XXXXXXXX; no load possible

I have no idea regarding "phrase map for 33906 "warning

Did you have ever succeeded in ARIEL uplaods before? so this is the first time you get errors?

In any case: ask ARIEL support if needed
