Import of questionnaires TA: EHSSCAN

Hi All,

Can somebady help me with following questions:

What is the required format of file intended for import of Questionnaires via transaction EHSSCAN? (OH / HIS)

Does somebody have example of the template?

Are there any general questionnaires delivered by SAP?

Hello

The file format is ASCII / DAT

You can use text editor to create the fiel and convert that to above format.

1 1 10 H 1 EN Inspection Checklist for Ladder

Sequence, Group, Number, Type of question (header / question), Question number, language, Question

SAP do not provide any questonaire part of venilla server.
